The Group’s shops, mainly located along Dongfang Road, Beiyuan Road and Longyang Road, are mostly residential street shops enjoying an advantageous geographic location and convenient traffic. In addition, as a result of the great popularity of Oriental City Garden, this region has become another important commercial district in Pudong New District.
Youyou Group will continue to increase the investment in the commercial real estate industry. In the next several years, it will invest in building Lujiazui Software Park and a number of high-grade office buildings along Yanggao Road and Pujian Road to attract investment from multinational corporations’ regional headquarters as well as hi-tech enterprises.
